How much time do GolfForever workouts take?Updated 4 months ago

Most individual workouts take 20-30 minutes. When using Today’s Workout, the combination of Fundamentals and Rotational Power/Injury Prevention usually takes 45-60 minutes per session. If you are short on time, you can choose between either of your Today's Workouts or you can go to the Library and use the Filter tool to find workouts that compliment the time you can dedicate on any given day. If you do, you can always come back to your Today's Workout and do those at a later time/day.
