Members receive 8 points for completing workouts through the Fundamentals, Rotational Power and Injury Prevention categories.
Get another 8 points for each workout you do in a week’s time.
Complete another category for an additional 5 points, and complete all categories for an additional 5 points.
Try to get your FIT score above 70 each week for maximum health and fitness and your score will reset every Sunday evening back to zero so your week can start out fresh.
