How do I skip my workout?Updated 4 months ago
If you don't like or can't do your two workouts in the Today's Workout category, you can skip them both and advance yourself to the next day by clicking on the 'Skip Workout' link in the app. It's in small, green print at the top right corner of your phone or tablet's screen.
If you are using the website on a laptop/computer, it's the red button at the top right corner of your screen. Please note that there are limited skips as you shouldn't get too far ahead of your personalized program.
