Try to get your Golf-Fit Score to 70 or above each week for maximum fitness and health. This would indicate you're following a well-balanced routine that's healthiest for your body and your game.

Your total weekly score resets every Sunday evening so that you start fresh at 0 points at the beginning of the week. We've added the a Points All-Time feature that now totals up your points for the entire year so you can keep track that way as well.
