If your package arrives with visible damage that occurred during delivery, first see if you can catch the driver who delivered it to try to get details. Please reach out to our Customer Success team at [email protected] with photos and any explanation you may have been able to get from the delivery driver. We'll work on filing a claim with the delivery service and send you a replacement right away. We may also ask that you send back the damaged product and we will provide the necessary return labels.
