When you sign up via the app on your iOS (Apple) device, you must manage the subscription through your device in the Settings. Follow these steps on your iPhone to cancel your subscription to GolfForever:

1. Click on Settings on your iPhone.
2. Click your Apple ID at the top of the page.
3. Click Subscriptions.
4. Select GolfForever.
5. Click Cancel Subscription.

If you need to request a refund, please follow the steps here:

1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
   
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
